These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Adcores (hereinafter "Provider") and customers (hereinafter "Customer") regarding the use of the website and the offered services or products.

2. Conclusion of Contract

a) Online orders 

A contract is concluded when the customer places an order and the provider confirms it with an explicit confirmation of acceptance via e-mail.

b) Conclusion of contract for services 

For the booking of services, the contract is concluded upon confirmation by the provider or upon commencement of service delivery.

c) Rejection of orders 

The provider reserves the right to reject orders without stating reasons.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

a) Prices 

All prices are stated in euros € and include statutory VAT unless otherwise indicated.

b) Payment methods 

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit card

• Bank transfer

• Purchase on account (by arrangement)

c) Due date 

The purchase price is seperatly agreed. In the event of late payment, default interest may be charged.

4. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

a) Delivery times 

Delivery times are indicated on the product page and may vary depending on the product.

b) Shipping costs 

Shipping costs are shown separately and communicated to the customer before completion of the purchase.

c) Transfer of risk 

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes upon handover. For business customers, the risk passes upon handover to the transport service provider.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• For personalized or custom-made products

• For digital products after download or use

6. Warranty and Liability

a) Warranty 

The statutory warranty rights apply.

b) Liability 

The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable contractual damages. No liability exists for:

• Damages caused by improper use of the products or services

• Business interruptions or technical problems on the website

c) Severability clause 

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
